How Can We Help

Vault is a personal finance and growth operating system. Your data is stored locally on your device with no accounts and no passwords. When you use AI features, the data needed for that specific analysis is sent to our server for processing and discarded after the response is delivered. Below you will find answers to common questions and a way to reach us directly.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I import my bank statements?

Open the Streams tab and tap the import button. You can upload CSV, PDF, XLS, XLSX, or TXT files from any bank in any country. Vault uses AI to detect your bank format, currency, and transaction structure automatically.

Which crypto wallets and blockchains are supported?

Vault tracks wallets across Ethereum, Optimism, Base, Arbitrum, Avalanche, BNB Chain, Polygon, Linea, Blast, Solana, and Bitcoin. You can also connect exchange accounts from Coinbase, Kraken, and others using API keys.

Is my financial data safe?

All data is stored locally on your device with no user accounts, no remote databases, and no analytics or tracking. When you use AI powered features like the spending audit, outreach, investments, retirement strategies, statement parsing, asset valuations, or subscription detection, the data required for that analysis is sent to our server, processed, and discarded immediately after the result is returned. Nothing is stored on the server.

What data is sent to the server?

When you use AI features, only the data required for that specific analysis is sent. The spending audit sends your transaction history (dates, descriptions, amounts, currencies). Statement import sends the bank file itself. Outreach sends your profile description. Investments sends your investment amount and risk tolerance. Retirement sends your age, target age, income goal, and top spending categories. Asset valuation sends the asset details you enter. Crypto balance checks send your public wallet addresses. The onboarding quiz sends your quiz answers. In every case the server processes the request, returns the result, and discards the input. Nothing is stored.

How does the AI Spending Audit work?

The audit analyzes your transactions across all accounts and currencies. It identifies top spending categories, merchants, recurring subscriptions, and delivers four specific recommendations with estimated annual savings. You can run one audit per day.

What does the Outreach feature do?

Each day Vault generates five real, contactable people in your industry matched to your profile. For each person you get a ready to send email, a short direct message, and their contact details. Over a year that adds up to more than 1,800 connections.

How do I track physical assets?

Open the Roots tab and tap the add button. Enter your asset details and Vault uses AI to estimate its current value. Supported categories include real estate, vehicles, jewelry, art, collectibles, and businesses.

Which currencies are supported?

Vault supports all major and many regional currencies including USD, EUR, PYG, DOP, PAB, and more. Live exchange rates are fetched daily so your net worth is always accurate regardless of which currencies you hold.

How do I manage my subscription?

Go to Settings and tap Manage Subscription. Your subscription is handled through Apple and can be managed or cancelled at any time from your device settings.

How do I export my data?

Open Settings and use the export option to share your financial data through the native share sheet. You can save it to Files, send it via email, or share it with any compatible app.
